Tom Siegel's Bio

"After 19 years in public education, serving first as a teacher and later as a high school and elementary school principal, I chose professional coaching as a second career. Why? Because I love inspiring others to lead joyful and fulfilling lives. For me, there is no greater thrill than helping others make the most of their journey through life. Specifically, I use my leadership experience and my training as a Co-Active Coach to support leaders in businesses and schools. I have found that leaders don't need to be told what to do, they just need to be reminded of who they are and what they stand for. Coaching has taught me that when leaders are provided the time and guidance to truly uncover what they value, their power to influence the world grows exponentially."

Tom Siegel is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, who lives with his wife and two children in Fort Collins, CO.  He enjoys spending time with his family, fly fishing, competing in triathlons, and eating sushi.
